Is it more random to deal draw poker to players sequentially or one at a time?

For example, in an 8 player game, the dealer mistakenly deals five cards, one card at a time, to only 7 players. If he just gives the next five cards to the 8th player, does the 8th player have a statistical advantage over the other 7?
Ignore the word “more” before random and don’t make assumptions that are not present.
