Prayer is a praise as well as communication with God. You can’t keep asking God for things and not give God the respect God deserves.

Why would anyone be angry? It is our commission to feed the sheep. All we as Christians can do is plant a seed only God can make a tree grow…It is written eat drink and be merry without God that is all you have and if that is good enough for you than you already have your reward. Understand God is there for those who diligently seek him those who value him if that is not you so be it enjoy your life if this is all you have. I can tell you there is much more I will continue to pray and one of the reasons to pray would be for those who have not been fortunate enough to know God.

do you find it boring to talk to your mom? or sister? or brother? or father? or cousin? or friend?
talking to God is no different, except there is no physical being to talk back to you right away…all people are doing when they pray is talking to God…if you have time to talk to yourself, you may as well, talk to God…
do you honestly think that if you told a juicy secret to someone they would keep that secret forever? if you do, you’re deluded…people love to talk (especially when alcohol is there to guide them)…it can actually physically hurt someone to keep a secret they’re dying to tell…
the advantage of talking to God, is NO ONE ELSE will know about what you talked about to God…He doesn’t tell your secrets…and although He’s not there physically, He answers you in many different ways, including using others…
and another advantage is that God wants you to talk to Him, so when you take the time out to talk to Him and you maybe have a request, He is the only one who can truly give you anything you want…doesn’t mean He will always, but He’s the only one with that kind of power…

this past year, my husband had two jobs, in which each lasted for one month…he was unjustly fired from both by petty people who were jealous of his ethics…anyway, not once in this past year has he, or i or my baby girl gone without food, have our bills gone unpaid, have we not had gas in our car, have out baby girl gone without diapers or wipes or clothes or anything else she needs…
all this past year, people prayed for us…we prayed to God for help…and He provided for us through family…tell me that there’s no advantage in taking 5 minutes out of your day to talk to Him…
you don’t have to confess or ask for anything…you can talk to Him about anything you want…although, a little thank you for being alive and well wouldn’t hurt…all He wants is to spend time with you…personal time…the Supreme Being who created this earth and could make it disappear with the snap of His fingers, wants personal time with you…now tell me that the most important man on this earth, the President of the United States is willing to do the same thing…
God is grateful for even a “Hi, God…it’s me…just wanted to say hi…”
don’t confuse praying with the arabic way of taking hours and hours to bow and talk…praying is just talking to God, as if you were talking to a friend or family member…of course, a little more reverence would be entitled to Him…

Is Boring…….,spend the time doing something else.

They pray becuase they think someone out there is going to help them solve their problems. They need to worry about solving them theirselves. All prayer does is give you a good feeling for a while until you’ve realized nothing actually happened.

I pray every day.You can talk to God about anything.About things you can`t talk about to any one else,he already knows any way.It makes you feel better.I enjoy many things,music,singing,writing.I like good conversation.But theres nothing like a good listerner,and Gods the best.

Nobody walks by a telephone, picks it up and starts talking. You do if it rings because you know someone is listening on the other side. If you know by experience that God is listening on the other side and will answer back by changing things, you pray and it isnt boring.

why do you talk with your friends? is it not boring? people are suppose to pray to spend time with God, He is our Savior and friend. At least that is the ones who pray to Jesus.

Prayer is communication with God. If you love someone you talk to them. It is not just asking but praising asking forgivness, thanking ect.

It sounds like you don’t pray.
