What would happen if Canada had to start their own professional league? Ouch! Talk about going from making millions to thousands in salary. Don’t laugh because is this really that far of a cry from ever happening someday? I mean Nascar is sadly a million times more popular then the NHL, along with the UFC, Pros Vs. Joes, Poker on TV, or anything else on ESPN that gets higher ratings than the NHL, which is anything they put on. Do Canadiens know just how irrelevant the NHL is in America? You need us to keep this sport alive and things are getting worse and worse.
